As part of the Commercial Excellence Team, Sebileau will work closely with the company’s commercial teams, business units, and executive team members to develop and execute integrated business plans across business units. Sebileau will serve one the global leadership team responsible for building multi-platform, global, market oriented business plans that align with the company’s long-term strategy and objectives.

Sebileau brings more than 15 years of high value-added product development and commercialisation to Coveris, most recently serving as global business development and industrialisation manager at Rexam Healthcare. While at Rexam Healthcare, he had an 11 year career where he supported the growth of drug delivery devices and medical consumables across the globe.
